Sole Rolls:  Using the sole of your feet, roll the ball with your right foot over to your left foot.  Hopping in transition roll the ball with your left foot over to your right foot.  Conduct 20 rolls and take a break.  Repeat 5 times.  Keep your head up and look forward, don’t look down at the ball if possible.
