Two Touch:  Pass the ball off a wall.  As it returns, touch the ball from one foot to the other before passing it back to the wall.  Alternate feet and conduct 10 passes.   Repeat 5 times.

Obstacles:  In a 10 x 10 yard space, place 10 cones/objects randomly.   Dribble around the area for 1 minute without hitting the cones.  Try to do a move, cut, or turn to avoid the cones.  Repeat 5 times.

Crossbar:  Place the ball on the 18-yard box.  Chip or drive the ball to hit the top crossbar of the goal.  Repeat until you hit the crossbar 5 times.

Triangle:  Pull the ball back with your right foot and touch to your left foot.  Push the ball slightly forward with your left foot, then pull the ball back and touch to your right foot.  Hop in transition to keep a continuous motion.  Conduct 20 touches and take a break.  Repeat 5 times.

Corners:  Cross in a corner kick, on a straight line, to land on the penalty kick spot.  Repeat 5 times with each foot.  Switch sides and repeat.

Penalty Kicks:  Place the ball at the penalty kick spot (12 yards from the goal line).   Shoot with accuracy at the right side of the goal.  Then shoot the ball at the left side of the goal.  Repeat 10 shots per foot.

TOD: 25 July

Lanes:  Set up 2 parallel lanes of 5 cones/objects spaced 10 yards apart.  Start at one end and dribble using the inside of your feet only to the opposing lane and back, each time turning at the next cone in sequence until you reach the end of the lane.  Turn and dribble back the other way using the outside of your feet only.  Each time you reach a cone, experiment with a different turn (cut, spin, pull, etc).  Repeat 5 times.
