Half-volley:  Stand just outside the 18-yard box.  Throw the ball up in the air, above your head and a little forward.  Allow the ball to twice once.  Just as the ball is rising from the ground on its second bounce, strike a half-volley shot.  Alternate feet.  Repeat 10 shots per foot.
