Lanes: Set up 2 parallel lanes of 5 cones/objects spaced 10 yards apart. Start at one end and dribble using the inside of your feet only to the opposing lane and back, each time turning at the next cone in sequence until you reach the end of the lane. Turn and dribble back the other way using the outside of your feet only. Each time you reach a cone, experiment with a different turn (cut, spin, pull, etc). Repeat 5 times.

Dribble with both feet in a straight line, alternating right and left feet. After 10-15 yards, step around the ball with the outside of the right foot, plant the right foot, and touch the ball with your left foot. Repeat the move starting with the left foot.

Triangle: Set up 3 cones/objects in a triangle 15 yards apart. Dribble at game speed from one cone to the next. At the next cone, perform a move, turn, or spin to fluidly get you facing the next cone. Burst with speed again to the next cone and perform a different move. Repeat 5 laps in each direction.
